EAE Insurance Agency was born from a deeply personal place—a father’s desire to protect his family and build something meaningful for their future. With two daughters on the autism spectrum, including one who is nonverbal, I knew I needed more than just a career—I needed flexibility, purpose, and a way to be present for my kids when they needed me most.

With over a decade of experience, starting my own agency gave me the chance to do exactly that. It allowed me to be hands-on at home while also doing work I care about: helping other families and business owners protect what matters most to them. EAE is named after my children—Everly, Ava, and Easton—and my goal is to create more than just a business. I want to build a legacy they can be proud of and, one day, be part of. This agency is family-driven, community-focused, and built on the belief that doing the right thing always matters. We’re proud to support the Autistic Community and believe in reinvesting into their programs and resources.
